Strategic Manpower Plan & Recruitment
 Plan, prepare and establish the yearly manpower plan in collaboration with the
differentfunctional head based on the approved budget and organization Chart.
 Recruited & on-boarded 2,000+ employees for the 6 major projects within tight timelines.
 Manage and plan all recruitment activities (both internal and external) to ensure
securingtimely and quality hires as per policy.
 Act as a focal point for requirements relating to recruitment services, and
competitorsbenchmarking (salary reviews etc.).
 Monitor the entire recruitment pipeline and continue to review, assess, and streamlineprocesses and implement changes as required.
 Led end to end Recruitment cycle by talent acquisition initiatives, including, mass hiring,

diversity hiring, campaign hiring, and remote recruiting by partnering with HR Team and
Hiring Managers.
 Maintain Employer branding, Update Job descriptions, job grading, Pay structure as per
latest market trend.
 Supervised the administration activities of staff, including, visa, Offer Letter, ticketing
accommodation and immigration requirement.
 Run company onboarding and mobilization process of company as per policy.
Talent Management
 Work collaboratively with the leadership and HR team to implement all talent
processes (succession planning, performance management, career development,
talent assessment)
 Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation
of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the
creationof an internal bench of top talent.
 Lead the individual development planning process and support managers and
employees increating career development plans, tracking actions, and providing
support.
 Provide counsel to Managers/Employees regarding development initiatives and careerprogression.
Employee relations
 Bridge employee relations and act as the point of contact for employees’ issues and grievances by providing advice and information to managers relating to all aspects of employment.
 Taking a lead in Resolving escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements.
Trainings & Development
 Identify in-house training events and manage training and development needs
(coordinatetraining dates, locations, participants)
 Coordinated, organized, and delivered training programs i.e., orientation for the new
hire, train the trainer program, company core value session, NEO, HSE and other on and off- jobtraining and workshops.
Performance & Succession Planning Management
 Designed, Implement, and maintained competency-based annual performance review process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills competencies by regular follow-ups and support.
 Coordinated and executed the performance management process, and drive management inthe execution of performance-related action plans.
