- Analytical Skills: The candidateshould possess strong analytical skills to assess and interpretdata effectively. They must be able to discern what strategies workand what doesn't, along with the ability to analyze whycertain outcomes occur;
- Proficiency inunderstanding and working with key metrics such as Cost PerAcquisition (CPA), Return on Investment (ROI), Lifetime Value(LTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate (CR). Thecandidate should have a deep understanding of how these metricsimpact decision-making and strategies;
- A solidunderstanding of Google algorithms is essential. The candidateshould be able to optimize campaigns, work with audience targeting,and understand how conversions are tracked and optimized withinGoogle Ads;
- Proficiency in using additionaltools to facilitate analytical work. This may include but is notlimited to spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel for dataanalysis and reporting, as well as other analytics andvisualization tools;
- Ability to draw actionableinsights from data and present findings clearly. The candidateshould be capable of creating reports and dashboards to communicatedata-driven recommendationseffectively;
