    Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, un E-shop Manager International en CDI dans le secteur de la mode.

    Description de l'entreprise

    Entreprise familiale depuis 1995, notre client est leader de l'habillement pour enfants en France, est le 6e plus grand détaillant de vêtements pour enfants au monde et exploite 700 magasins dans 40 pays d'Europe, d'Asie et d'Afrique du Nord.

    Description du poste et des missions
    • Mettre en œuvre la politique d'animation commerciale et éditoriale sur les sites internet des différents marchés internationaux de la marque (Grèce, Belgique, Espagne, Suisse et Maroc)
    • Briefer les différentes équipes webdesign en vue d'obtenir les assets créatifs nécessaires à la valorisation des animations & offres commerciales sur vos sites,
    • Paramétrer et recetter les animations & offres commerciales sur vos sites,
    • Coordonner en transverse les différentes parties prenantes :
    1. Webdesigner
    2. Trafic
    3. Studio photo
    4. Product Owner
    5. Rédacteur de fiche produit
    • Assurer la mise en ligne des produits, ainsi que leur bonne ventilation au sein des différentes catégories du site et travaille à l'amélioration de l'arborescence de vos pays,
    • Gérer les shootings Packshot & Looks.
    • Mettre en place et optimiser la stratégie d'emerchandising (cross-selling, searchandising, sorting rules) et searchandising sur vos pays,
    • Optimiser et développer ses sites ecommerce en accord et en cohérence avec les habitudes et modes de consommation locaux :
    1. Création de pages spécifiques, de guides d'achat, de pages à vocation SEO,
    2. Amélioration de l'expérience client : UX & UI adaptés
    • Participer à la mise en place d'opérations spéciales (mini-sites, pages spéciales...) et de projets (UX, AB testing) et être responsable de la customer journey sur l'ensemble de vos sites,
    • Analyser les performances de vos sites et les reporter de façon hebdomadaire et mensuelle.
    • Identifier les marchés sur lesquels l'entreprise pourrait se développer, travailler en lien avec les équipes projets et IT pour déployer les nouveaux marchés et mettre en œuvre le run des sites web.
    • Ce poste nécessite des déplacements à l'étranger.

    ‍ Profil recherché

    • De formation Bac+5 type école de commerce avec spécialisation marketing digital
    • Vous avez une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire (5-10 ans)
    • Vous êtes bilingue anglais,
    • Vous avez une compétence analytique et une vision business.
    • La connaissance de salesforce commerce cloud et content square serait un plus
    • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et polyvalent(e).
    • Vous êtes créatif(ve) et avez le sens du détail.
    • Vous avez un bon relationnel.
