    *Responsibilities**:


    • 1. Financial Management: - Supervise day-to-day accountingactivities. - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts incompliance with Qatari financial regulations. - Monitor accountsreceivable and accounts payable efficiently. - Prepare and presentfinancial statements, reports, and budgets as per Qatari accountingstandards. - Manage cash flow and banking activities within Qatarifinancial frameworks.
    • 2. Commission StructureUnderstanding: - Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of realestate commission structures, including sales commissions, leasingfees, referral fees, and other related compensation models. -Analyze and calculate commissions earned by agents and brokers,ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
    • 3.Tax Compliance: - Ensure adherence to local Qatari tax laws andregulations. - Prepare and file tax returns in accordance withQatari real estate industry standards. - Provide insights andguidance on tax planning strategies aligned with Qatari fiscalpolicies.
    • 4. Auditing and Reporting: - Conductinternal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with Qatariaccounting practices. - Prepare comprehensive financial reports formanagement and stakeholders. - Present financial data duringmeetings, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
