- Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting andgeneral ledger structure.
- Prepare reconciliation statement ofaccounts received from the bank to ensure that all payments havebeen processed and resolve any discrepancies, if any
- PrepareManagement Information Report which includes monthly balance sheetand profit & loss account for the management to review theperformance.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accountingoptions.
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
- Publishfinancial statements in time.
- Conduct monthend and yearendclose process.
- Reconcile, collect, analyze, summarize accountinformation, and follow up on debtors' accounts. etc.
- 4 years' experience in a similar role Skills:
- Knowledge of computerize accounting system i.e. AX Dynamics
- Attention to details and deadline oriented.
