Mentorand guide junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performance team environment.
- RealEstate background is preferable
- Proven working experienceas a Finance Analyst 5-7 years
- Proficient inspreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial softwareapplications
- Hands on experience with statisticalanalysis and statistical packages
- Outstandingpresentation, reporting and communication skills
- Provenknowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate financeand information analysis
- Well informed in currentfinancial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and businessenvironments
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or relatedfield
