- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financialreports, charts, and graphs to present findings to seniormanagement.
- Participate in the development andimplementation of financial models and tools.
- Assist inthe preparation of financial statements, including incomestatements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the financial dataand provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gathernecessary data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide management with ProjectWise Cost Analysis and comparisonagainst budgets and identify ways to control costs whilst keepingthe quality of work at high standards.
- PrepareCommercial Proposals on a project-by-project basis for Tenders andRFQs to clients and coordinate with the Sales Engineer to providediscounts/changes/revisions if needed.
- Prepare daily,weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports to management to monitorthe status of our financials.
- Assist in ICVCertification, Year end Audit and all other Reporting tasks as andwhen required.
