- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with financial audits and tax filings
- Provide support to other departments regarding financial matters
- Supervise and train finance department staff Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
