Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the group of companies.
- Develop and implement HR plans that support organizational growth and employee development.
Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Implement retention strategies to nurture and develop top talent within the organization.
Employee Relations
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and open communication.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal setting.
HR Policy and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all entities within the group.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve processes.
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Work with external providers to ensure competitive and costeffective benefit offerings.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects individual differences.
Conflict Resolution
- Mediate conflicts and address grievances in a fair and unbiased manner, promoting a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within a group of companies.
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex HR challenges.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
