    • Responsible formaintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory managementand operations reporting of store activities.
    • Responsiblefor achieving a greater sales increase over the previous year insales.
    • Plans and prepares work schedules and assignsemployees to specific duties.
    • Contains the losses oftheir unit by keeping inventory shrink at no greater than 1% ofinside sales.
    • Ensure all reports, such as purchase,inventory and sales, are accurate and timely available.
    • Monitor and maintain proper store cleanliness, appearance andmaintenance as per company policy.
    • Supervise employeesengaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash withsales receipts, keeping operating records and preparing dailyrecord of transactions or performs work or subordinates, asneeded.
    • Ensures compliance of employees with security,sales, record keeping procedures and practices.
    • Ordersgoods or prepares requisitions to replenish goods onhand.
    • Monitor and verify vendor activity instore.
    • Ensure all store employees are trainedproperly.
    • Coordinates sales promotion activities andprepares, or directs workers preparing, goods displays andadvertising copy.
    • Perform banking functions such as cashcounting and deposit.
    • Inventory control-record allpurchases at retail and compare to the physical counts on premise.
    Perform all shift duties as required, (i.e.) run the cashregister.


    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, &SKILLS:

    Qualifications :

    • Degree in relevant subject (orequivalent).
    • Must possess required knowledge and be ableto explain, demonstrate with or without reasonable accommodations,that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
    • Effectively handle stressful periods of peak activity.
    • Meeting multiple deadlines and multitasking.
    • Maintainingan established work schedule.
    • Effectively usinginterpersonal and communications skills including tact anddiplomacy.
    • Supervising and coordinating the activities ofsubordinate personnel.
    • Maintaining confidentiality ofwork-related information and materials. Establishing money withexacting accuracy.

    Role :

    • Effectively manage the Branchunder his control.
    • Drive sales through merchandising ofproduct and price positioning. To maximize sales while reducingstock levels and shrinkage.

    Responsibility :

    • Ordereffectively to maximize out of stock and over-stock.
    • Toinsure the correct labelling of all products with latest updatedprice.
    • To insure the shelves are clean, accessible andthe stock is rotated and fresh (no expired stock).
    • Tocurb theft and shrinkage within his Branch
