- Keep up todate with any changes in business needs and change in marketconditions.
- Collect data and report recruitment information andstatistics to recruitment manager, for the purpose of trackingcost, time, and source of hire and to keep them informed ofprogress on recruitment.
- Develop and promote the KPMG peoplevalue proposition within recruitment; Interview and test candidatesusing the standard competency based recruitment model and employingpsychometric testing within selection.
- Ensure that cost efficientoptions are explored for interviewing candidates.
- Represent thefirm in external events
- Handle relationships with vendors e.
- Support firmwide strategy to continuouslyincrease diversity through improved recruitment practices acrossthe region.
- Experience and expertise ofselection techniques including competency based interviewing andrunning assessment centers is essential
- Experience of marketmapping and direct sourcing via Linkedin Recruiter
- Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer serviceorientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handleissues
- Proficiency in spoken and written English andpreferably Arabic.
