    Job Description:

    As anAccounts Receivable at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will beresponsible for managing the incoming payments and ensuring thatall accounts are up to date.

    Your main duties will includeinvoicing clients, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, andfollowing up on overdue payments. You will also be responsible foranalyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, andproviding support to the finance team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Invoiceclients in a timely manner
    • Track and record incoming payments Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
    • Follow up onoverdue payments
    • Analyze financial data and prepare reports Provide support to the finance team
    • Assist with monthend andyearend closing processes
    • Maintain accurate and uptodaterecords Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting orFinance
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication andorganizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel andaccounting software
    • Ability to work independently and as part ofa team
    • Resourceful and adaptable
    • Presentation skills Strategic planning skills
