    • Establish the monthly plan forcarrying out site inspections and obtain approval of Land andProperty Administrator.
    • Carry out dailyinspections as per established plan and any other ad hocinspections as directed to verify compliance with conditions asstipulated in the Land Lease Agreement.
    • Observeand record site and work conditions including gathering data,information, photographs, and videos to support noncompliances.
    • Maintain records of all siteviolations.
    • Submit daily reports on cases ofnon-compliances to the Land and PropertyAdministrator.
    • Follow up on cases ofnoncompliance and verify rectification.
    • Supporthandover of site to lessee upon execution of land lease agreementand demobilization upon expiry of lease.

    YourProfile

    • Theincumbent shall have completed Secondary education (12 years) andcompleted at least 3 years Diploma in a technicalfield.
    • In addition, the incumbent shall have atleast 5 years working experience in a project executionrole.
    • Must be proficient in spoken and writtenEnglish.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications.
    • Special Conditions: a) Theincumbent will spend approximately 75% of his working hours on sitewith resultant exposure to ambient desert conditions and haveregular interactions with Contractor personnel. b) Positionrequires a valid Qatar drivinglicense.
