    • Develop and maintain a set of Project CostControl procedures, guidelines and flow charts tomeet
    project requirements along with a standard costreporting process across all project EPC Contracts.

    • Ensure cost data integrity across all EPC Contracts and make surecost information is accurately
    compiled and reported toProject Management to provide visibility on overall project coststatus and
    performance.

    • Direct project teamand provide guidance and expertise to Project Cost Engineersassigned to each
    one of the EPCs and ensure commonunderstanding and standardized practice of costcontrol
    processes in terms of Value Of Work Done (VOWD)reporting, forecast updates, contractors change
    orders,trend and contingency management and expendituresallocation.

    • Support the Business Division Manager andlead the financial input into FundingPackages
    submittals, e.g. Advance Commitments (ACs), FullFunding (FF), Supplementary Funding whenever
    required andrecommend budget transfers to ensure that all necessary funding isprovided and
    Project Cost At Completion is aligned withthe approved budgets.

    • Development of Forecast costestimates and preparation of annual Work Program andBudget
    (WP&B) taking full consideration ofproject scope, progress achieved and pending to completescope.

    • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for
    the overallNFE Onshore project consistent with project scope and reportingstructures requirements
    across project EPCs.

    • Facilitate the monitoring of FEED and EPC contractors and project scost performance comparing
    to agreed control plans andrecommends corrective plans as required during project executionwith
    the appropriate PMT personnel. Monitor, review andendorse FEED and EPC Contractors deliverables
    in terms ofVOWD reporting, Trend Management and Earned ValueAnalysis
