    About theopportunity

    Managing and improving the riderperformance of allocated zone/s within a city. Taking ownership ofrider service levels by measuring compliance finding performancegaps and executing a plan to fill performancerelatedgaps.

    • Monitor & Ensure RiderCompliance (Right to work).
    • 3PL Management& Communication.
    • Managing 3PL LegalCompliance.
    • Improve Rider OnboardingProcess.
    • Maintaining Fleet Supply to ensuresmooth operations.
    • Planning & Policymaking for 3PLs.
    • Monitoring 3PL levelperformance to ensure smooth operations.
    • LeadRider Recruitment as per businessrequirement.
    • Setting up a performanceimprovement plan to improve the performance of lowperformingriders.

    What you need to besuccessful

    • BachelorsDegree.
    • 23 years of experience in thefood/grocery tech industry is highlypreferred.
    • Proficient in Google Suite toolslike GDoc GSheet GSlides GForms etc.
    • Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal. English and Urdu area must. Arabic is a plus.
    • Influencer and anegotiator with good public speaking and presentationskills.
    • People management skills: Experience inmanaging a bigger group ofpeople.
