    Wedding Planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

    We are seeking an experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for design. This position is open to all nationalities, but we strongly encourage Indian candidates to apply.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
    • Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and design concepts
    • Source and negotiate with vendors for various services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
    • Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process from start to finish
    • Coordinate with the bride and groom on all details, including guest list, invitations, seating arrangements, etc.
    • Oversee set-up and execution of the wedding day itself
    • Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting as needed

    Qualifications

    • Passion for event planning and design
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven experience in event planning or related field preferred but not required
    • Must have own visa or be able to secure one independently
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
    • Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
