    Demonstrated record of academic experienceand nursing practice.
    Experience in teaching nursing ata post-secondary institution.

    full-time equivalentrecent clinical practice experience; preference will be given tocandidates who have clinical nursing practice in high intensityneonatal care.

    Demonstrated competence with curriculumdevelopment, implementation, and evaluation.
    Demonstrated use diverse and current teaching approachesin the classroom and for practice experiences including thelaboratory, simulation, and practicums.
    Demonstratedability to use a variety of educational technology and platforms.
    Demonstrated academic and information literacy skills.

    Consideration will be given to candidates who have:mentored/preceptored nursing students during practice practicums;and/or, a minimum of eight (8) years full-time equivalent ofclinical nursing experience.
