    Sr.Product Owner JobDescription

    Summary:Min 4 years of relevant experience as PO in Agile Productenvironment for mobileproducts.

    JobType:Full-time

    Location:Currently the position is fully remote within Canada. But we wouldprefer the candidate to be residing with in GTA or willing torelocate to GTA post the current pandemic situation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzeand translate business needs into functional specifications andobtain sign-off from stakeholders on thesespecifications.
    • Create,refine, and maintain user stories and associated deliverables suchas process flows to meet development and stakeholderneeds.
    • Develop& manage the project roadmap though out the productdevelopmentprocess.
    • Workwithin an Agile environment and lead all agileceremonies.
    • Buildand maintain good strong relationships with clients andstakeholders and act as a proxy for the client to the developmentteams.
    • Managethe product development life cycle of define / build / release /measureend-to-end.
    • Workclosely with the scrum team, attending daily stand-ups, sprintplanning, and high-levelestimates.
    • Maintaina strong sense of accountability and ownership of theproduct.
    • Effectivelycommunicate product requirements to team members, articulatedesign, and product decisions toclients.


    Requirements

    RequiredSkills:

    • 4years of Relevant Experience as ProductOwner
    • BS orMS in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalentexperience.
    • 3years of experience with agile product development andmethodologies
    • 3years of experience in peoplemanagement
    • Proveneffectiveness engaging with remote, distributedteams
    • Highlyproficient in JIRA &Confluence
    • Experiencein measuring project metrics onJIRA
    • Experiencein Product Road mapping &strategy
    • Strongknowledge of mobile app developmentmethodologies.
    • Experiencewith Data analytics to connect the dots, make sense of data, andoffer creativesolutions
    • Proventrack record delivering successful products and great clientexperiences.
    • Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment & manage multipleprojects.

    Niceto HaveSkills:

    • Scrumtraining and certifications (CSPO, PSPO &CSM)
    • Experienceadministering projects in GitHub and Atlassian sJira
    • Experiencein contributing to product designprocess.
