    Job Overview:
    The Maintenance Manager will beresponsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenanceschedules for building and facilities maintenance. They willcoordinate with the Head of Maintenance and supervise correctivemaintenance activities. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager willprepare reports, monitor performance, and ensure safety andsecurity guidelines are followed.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop preventive maintenance schedule for building andfacilities related maintenance and present the plan to the Head ofMaintenance.
    • Supervise and ensure timely resolution ofcorrective maintenance.
    • Prepare the monthly work ordersreport.
    • Monitor the performance of the supervisors,technicians, etc. and take corrective action to increase theefficiency of the workers and quality of workmanship.
    • Maintain detailed project files, such as as-built drawings.
    • Prepare reports on maintenance work and progress,backlog, service levels.
    • Ensure adherence to safety andsecurity guidelines and prepare reports for any security and/orsafety incidents.
    • Ensure punctuality of the suppliedmanpower

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as aMaintenance Manager or similar role.
    • Strongunderstanding of preventive maintenance strategies and correctivemaintenance processes.
    • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpretdata, and prepare reports.
    • Experience with projectmanagement and as-built documentation.
    • Strong commitmentto safety and security guidelines.
    • Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering or related field.
    • Additionalcertification or training in maintenance/support is aplus.
