• Good at usingfeedback and support to develop yourself and others
  

Duties andResponsibilities:

• To be responsible for the maintenance and submission ofstaff data both computerized and manual records, ensuring thatmonthly payroll deadline is met and maintainconfidentiality
  
• To maintain staffrecords, including sickness, special leave, punctuality, annualleave, other leave, retirement and resignation, grievance anddisciplinary
  
• To operate and manageStaff Reporting system
  
• Update andmaintain staff list and student list
