    • To provide, with fullresponsibility and accountability, a technical service toCorporation in the areas of Healt and Safety during definition,detailed design and execution stages to ensure contractor (s)compliance to established HSE policies, procedure andregulations.
    • Carries out duties andresponsibilities for all areas of work covered in HSE aspects ofMajor projects.
    • Ensures adherence by COMPANYand contractor personnel to HSE policies, procedures and regulationwith respect to active/passive fire safety systems, specialprotection systems, life safety and fire risk assessment, safetystudies/reviews, security systems, emergency response programs,emergency lighting and communication systems etc.

    YourTasks

    • Responsible for monitoring relatedactivities within project sites and conducting daily inspection andensuring the work being carried out is in line with approved JSA,Risk Assessment, and Method statement and approved Permit to WorkSystem.
    • Responsible for identifying andimplementing risk reduction measures in all areas and phases ofconstruction.
    • Participate and assist inchecking and reviewing method statements, JSA's, safetycertifications and other related documents submitted bycontractors/ project consultant.
    • To takenecessary action by highlighting and reporting to immediateSupervisor in case of any lapse and/orlagging.
    • Participate and provide inputs to Sr.HSE Engineer for the implementation of ProjectHSE
    • Performance Monitoring, HSE Objectives andInitiatives, HSE related procedures, guidelines, standards andpolicies to ensure Project activities are conducted in a safe,secure and healthy manner and in compliance with DT HSE andCorporate requirements.
    • Monitor implementationof HSE Legal requirements, regulatory bodies, national laws andregulations, and State of Qatar-ratified internation conventionsand protocols within Projectactivities.
    • Participate and provide support tocarry out and maintain records of Project HSE risk register toensure proper recording, monitoring and close-out of Project HSERisk throughout project duration.
    • Participatein review of contractors HSE documentations (HSE Plan, HSEProcedures and other HSE requirements) to ensure contractors arecompliant to HSE requirements.
    • Participate inreview of contractor's Safety Officers CV's andcompetence assessment test/personal interview prior to mobilizationof contractor HSE personnel at project site to ensure compliancewith Corporate HSE Regulations forcontractors.
    • Carry out incident investigation,reporting including implementation of close-out of preventive andcorrective actions of incidents/accidents that occur withinprojects to ensure compliance with corporate procedure for incidentmanagement.
