    • Lead Trade Marketing Strategydevelopment to attain defined business objectives throughoutproduct categories focusing Vietnamesemarkets.
    • Head responsibility to develop,execute and performance of programs created to enhance presenceplus ultimate take-away.
    • Contribute toorganization's goals plus objectives and enhance marketshare and sales performance.
    • Establish channelstrategies along with execute associatedplans.
    • Prepare trade promotional plan indesignated channels with crucialcustomers.
    • Coordinate media placements, publicrelation programs, host events, food shows and participate in allcommunity events.
    • Provide marketing assistanceto sales team through answering clients and productinquiries.
    • Ensure to travel as required toparticipate in relevant food showsexhibition.
    • Lead retail channel'strade marketing strategy development to accomplish defined businessobjectives throughout product categories.
    • Headresponsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments aswell as initiate execution.
    • Prepare tradepromotion plans with main customers.
    • Coordinatecommunication of price, product and packchanges.
    • Develop, supervise and improveprocedures to link entire marketing activities with sales teamactivities.
    • Perform closely with CSO as well asBrand Manager to enhance processes linking corporate brand buildingactivities as well as Product Development activities with Salesactivities.
    • Coordinates activities associatedto organization participation at tradeshows orevents.
