- Develop business development strategies tailored to the APAC region in order to achieve market share objectives
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth
- Act as the gateway to the Movement ecosystem, both internally and externally
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry players to drive market expansion
- Manage an end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing the deal
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering Legal, and more to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and successful execution of initiatives
- Track market trends, recommending new products and services to strategic partners
- Represent Movement Labs at events, conferences, Spaces, and more
- 3+ years of business development experience
- 1+ year in crypto/web3 environment
- Established network in the APAC region with a strong ability to prospect and identify new opportunities
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end sales processes
- Fluency in English and one of: Korean, Mandarin, or Vietnamese
