- Inspects and performs maintenance tasks which can be preventive and corrective to ensure all the HVAC system are well functional and to ensure required guest satisfaction.
- Maintains detailed records for HVAC equipment's which is defect, maintenance, spares etc.
- Take proactive measures on the issue related to HVAC equipment's to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Maintains HVAC equipment inventory of supplies needed to perform job function. Prepares requisition for purchase as required; all purchases must be approved by department managers. Supportive Functions In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
- Maintains the thermal comfort.
- Cleans and maintain filters, coils, blowers for the HVAC system.
- Ensures the application and the execution of a good preventive maintenance program for related equipment and machineries.
- Maintain hygiene with HVAC system.
