    • Contribute to the issue of theProject Procurement Planning and help to prioritize the purchasingworkload
    • Prepare Contract Committee documentsand participate with project management for the presentation ofRTAs
    • Inform requesters during the preparationphase, purchase and commitment follow-up as per the E&Psupply chain fundamentals
    • Work in closecollaboration with all stakeholders within the project team andhead office
    • Contribute to reporting KeyPerformance Indicators for the purchasingactivities
    • Use and enrich Market Intelligenceinformation
    • Participate to the good use ofe-sourcing tools
    • Identify or participate toBest Practices, propose Return of Experience to the Head ofPurchasing
    • Utilize frame agreements FALTCsigned by head office and shareholders
    • Work inclose cooperation with the project teams (engineering,construction, commissioning)
    • Handle thereception of purchase requisitions
    • Receive andanalyze Purchase requisitions
    • Finalize the SOW/ MTO in duet with requesters
    • Use Coconut toolfor material change requests whenrequired
