    We are seeking a highly motivated Female Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team with an attractive package.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
    • Reach out to clients top management to close the business.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively networking and reaching out to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Lead the sales team by providing guidance support and motivation to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to top management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Represent the company at industry events conferences and exhibitions to promote our products/services and expand our network.
    • Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices to continually enhance sales and marketing strategies.
    • Fluent in Arabic & English with a preference for candidates of Arabic nationality.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
    • 57 years of experience in sales and marketing.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    • Outgoing personality with a presentable approach suitable for representing the company in various settings.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
