    • JobPurpose Summary: The incumbent will have primary responsibility ofmanaging the section of Logistics and Vendor Management. Willmanage the budget of insurance benefits and service Life Medicaland Travel. Will manage the services of HospitalityHotel/Transportations Bookings for all staff and customers in thedepartments and branches of QNB. Will manage the provision of staffuniforms and the compliance to QNB dresscode.
    • Essential Duties &Responsibilities by Dimensions:
      • Shareholder& Financial: Ensure effective utilization and optimizationof budget and resources in order to provide properhospitality/uniforms/Health insurance/Travel Insurance LifeInsurance Hotel and transportation Bookings services to QNB Qatarand overseas branches. Continuously evaluate and recommendoutsourcing options for better services at lower costs. ImplementsKPI s and best practices for Senior Associate Logistics and VendorManagement. Promote costconsciousness and efficiency and enhanceproductivity to minimize cost avoid waste and optimize benefits forthe bank. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to theincumbent. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the importantfactors behind the banks financial & nonfinancialperformance.
      • Customer (Internal &External): Maintain strong and effective relationships with alldepartments/units and international branches to obtain theirfeedback continuously with regard to the provision of hospitalityand uniform services. Attend to staff complaints regardinghospitality/uniform services and resolve the same in a timelymanner. Maintain relationships with HR Services staff and obtaindetails of new recruits resignations/terminations in order toensure timely delivery/collection of uniforms. Manage theprocurement relationships with providers Uniforms/HospitalityServices/Travel Insurance/Health Insurance and Life InsuranceServices and ensure that services are up to the standards andexpectations of QNB. To assist customers in all their queries onBanks product and seek a solution to their requests. Maintainactivities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) withinternal departments/units to achieve improvements in turnaroundtime. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships withrelated departments/units to achieve the Groups objectives. Providetimely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors ComplianceFinancial Control and Risk whenrequired.
      • Internal (Processes ProductsRegulatory): Responsibilities Prepare an annual budget and controlspending. Recommend and select relevant vendors and serviceproviders to the Executive Vice President HR Services and SeniorExecutive Vice President Group Human Capital. Manage the invoicingprocess for the following responsibilities: Hospitality Services:Ensure that proper Hospitality Services are provided for allemployees of QNB Qatar. Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene ofthe office and kitchenette premises through spot checks andinspections at all premises of QNB. Insurance: Health Life andtravel insurances. Provide insurance coverage for QNB local andglobal staff. Coordinate with the insurance provider for themembers claims reimbursements and solve any problem or conflictbetween the member and the insurance provider. Hotel andTransportation Bookings: Arrange for hotel and transportationbooking for new joiners interviews business trips andconferences/special events. Uniforms: Ensure that all staffuniforms are ready and are in the appropriate types and sizes.Ensure proper delivery of uniforms to the staff during joining andcollection during their exit. Supervise regular spot checks acrossQNB division to abide by the QNB Dress CodePolicy.
      • Learning & Knowledge: Ensurethat relevant training is provided for the hospitality supportstaff. Possess a working knowledge of personnel hospitality anduniform services. Knowledge of other related laws and proceduresand HR policy and procedures of QNB. Identify related areas forprofessional development of self and direct reports and act toenhance professional development of self and others. Activelyparticipate in meetings which aim to assess performance and serveas means to resolve grievances or conflicts within the teammembers. Proactively identify areas for professional development ofself and undertake development activities. Seek out opportunitiesto remain current with all developments in the professional field.Hold meetings with staff and assess their performance and yourteams overall performance on a regular basis. Take decisive actionto ensure the speedy resolution of unresolved grievances orconflicts within the team members. Identify developmentopportunities and activities for staff and facilitate/coach them toimprove their effectiveness and prepare them to assume greaterresponsibilities.
      • Education &Experience Requirements: Bachelor Degree University graduatepreferably with a Major in Marketing Banking Finance AccountingEconomics Business Administration or Information Technology(related field of study) At least 2 years of experience preferablywithin a highly rated international bank.
