    DescriptionofResponsibilities:

    Participate in the review of project artefacts - Use Case, SystemRequirement Specification,;

    Prepare aphysical data model from logical data model in Power GenerateOracle/SQL server DDL using PowerDesigner;

    Promote database changes through Development, Integration Testing,QA, UAT, Production environments in on-premise and Azure Cloudenvironments;

    Develop Azure Cloud CI/CD pipeline and automation for databaseimplementation;

    Provide database space calculations for the supported databaseenvironments;

    Perform reference data administration asrequired;

    Plan and co-ordinate implementation with developers, UNIX and .NETapplication support and other Data Managementstaff;

    Design and write data loading and/or conversion scripts/storedprocedures;

    Build and test database backup/recoveryscripts;

    Build and test database housekeepingscripts

    Deliver detailed system design documents and any other supportingdocumentation conforming to Ministrystandards;

    Perform database monitoring and performance tuning on databaseobjects and database instancelevels

    Document and resolve any databaseproblems/issues

    Provide effective knowledge transfer to Ministry staff at allstages of this assignment
