• ToAchieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for thebranch
  
• Torecruit effective and efficient team of DMs andPFAs
  
• ToHandle first level Complaints of Employee, PFA, PolicyHolders
  
• ToMaintain the desired Login vs IssuanceRate
  
• ToMaintain the desired PFA activation rate and percentage of clubqualifiers
  
• ToPlan for daily, monthly and yearlyactivities
  
• ToConduct and Monitor branch activities on dailybasis.
  
• Toprovide Training and inputs to theteam.
  
• Tomaintain the desired productmix
  
• ToInteract with senior management for resolution of criticalissues.
  
• ToAdvise the agency force with regularupdates
