- Responsible for the overall project management, execution, and personnel supervision in accordance with PWS and Vectrus standards.
- Responsible for successful implementation and completion of all contractual matters and CDRL reports as specified in the PWS in conjunction with the Program Management Office Task Order Manager.
- Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee, perform and verify requirements are completed to meet or exceed the PWS standards.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
- Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
- Manage subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements.
- Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver's License.
- Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
- Must successfully complete hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering/construction management industry with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience using CE NexGen IT (Tririga) and BUILDER SMS.
- Experience as an Engineering Flight Chief in an Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron is desirable.
