    • Leads all digital transformationprograms withing Business (B2B)


    •Guidethe B2B function through complexities of digital change, fosteringculture of innovation andadaptability


    •Define & executeB2B digital transformation strategy and its digital enablement toalign with overall business goals andobjectives.


    •Analyze customer insights& behavior and define digital KPIs based on existingbenchmarks and considering the business goals of the B2BBU


    •Define and execute digital salesstrategy, digital product enablement and digital channelroadmap.


    •Lead and develop the B2BDigital team under the Go To Market & Partnerships functionto drive the defined goals


    •Createstrategies for developing customer digital persona to feed intocampaign targeting


    •Define and establishgovernance model that structures B2B progress on priorityinitiatives, providing regular leadershipupdates


    •Lead discussions with externalpartners and internal teams to identify new digital technologiesthat support digital change


    •Ownershipof B2B digital business case(s) and budgetmanagement


    •Will act as B2B interfacebetween (but not limited to) Technology, Sales, Customer Experienceand Shared service teams


    •Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment todigital change initiatives


    •Overseeintroduction and integration of new digital tools, platforms andtechnologies that deliver businessvalue


    •Facilitate training to equipemployees and account managers with knowledge and skills to adaptto digital change


    •Define and createperformance dashboard to track the success of digital changeinitiatives


    •Identify and mitigate risksassociated with digital changeinitiatives


    •Forecast digital sales anddigital deflection from legacychannels


    •Manage digital assets andcontent, govern the evolution of the internal and externalcontent


    •Manage the digitaltransformation projects/program, intervene where needed, reportrisks to management


    • Co-ordinate& effectively works with respective teams to roll out B2BDigital campaigns to achieve digital salesgoals.


    • Collaborate with digital sharedservices team to effectively manage Search engine optimization,digital market research and digital marketing forB2B.


    • Define and execute a digitalroadmap towards optimization of all B2B customerprocesses.
