    TheProgram Manager is responsible for the execution of customerstrategies related to one or more customers including allproducts/programs from new productintroduction

    throughvolume production. They are responsible for achieving high customersatisfaction, driving profitable business relationships and salesgrowth and providingstrong

    leadershipto the customer focus teams to ensure achievement of customercommitments.

    Responsibilities:

    -Leader of the customer focus team (CFT). Prioritize and monitorsall CFTactivities.

    -Acts as primary day-to-day customer point of contact and functionsas the primary Customer contact in resolution management andresponsible for the overall health ofthe

    customerrelationship.

    -Ensures successful new productintroduction:

    -Executes to NPI standardprocess

    -Understands and monitorsS&OP

    -Identifies and secures skills needed for effectivetransitions

    -Sets appropriate expectations withcustomers

    -Manages pricing and ECO prioritization during theprocess

    -Understands and maintains customer product knowledge androadmap

    -Gains understanding of customer market andcompetition

    -Establishes and monitors KPI s related to E&O, PPV andinventoryturns

    -Manages recurring pricing activities. Uses contract, pricing modeland updated costs to present new pricing to customers. Negotiatesto successfulcompletion.

    -Monitors and investigates technical, scheduling, financial andquality metrics, which deviate from established requirements;determines cause, and, takes correctiveaction.

    -Schedules Executive Business Reviews (EBR) and Quarterly BusinessReviews(QBR)

    oEnsures appropriate attendees are well prepared for meeting,understanding data andissues

    o Setsmeeting objectives, develops agendas and tools to accomplishobjective

    oPrepares internal teams formeeting

    oAligns topics and presentations with customer prior tomeeting

    -Provides timely notification to GMs and global program managers ofcritical problems encountered, action taken, and anticipated effecton projectobjectives;

    -Accountable for driving objectives related to continuousimprovements

    -Accountable to ensure the build and delivery schedules by workingwith the customer, internal supply chain, andoperations.

    -Works with SCA to ensure resolution of excess and obsoleteinventoryissues.

    -Ensures the recovery for costs related to ECO activity,Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE) and othermiscellaneous.

    -Meets and manages customer demand in accordance with contract, siteinventory objectives, equipment and personnelcapacity

    -Ensures customer demand (PO and Forecast) is managed and wellunderstood by CFTmembers

    -Communicates updated data to close gap between customer request andBenchmark commitment (manageexpectations)

    -Tracks, trends and reports On-Time Delivery to customer request andBenchmarkcommitment

    -Monitors customer revenue plan through demandoutlook

    -Understands contractual obligations of the contract relatedto:

    oFlexibility allowances and manages requests for pull-ins andpush-outs orcancellations

    oPayment terms andinvoicing

    oAny potential penalties fromcustomer

    oCost reduction obligations/targets and communicates toorganization

    oExcess and obsolete terms, recovery and escalation path asrequired

    oWarranty terms, recall and epidemic failurequalifiers

    -Ensures execution to contract terms and conditions to meetBenchmark sobligations.

    -Communicates contract requirementsinternally.

    -Conducts monthly Program Reviews utilizing Benchmark standardprocess.

    -Executes customer quotationrequests

    -Assesses risk utilizing and the Risk/LiabilityTool

    -Ensures accuracy of quotations to protect grossmargin

    -Validates the establishment of quotes to actuals costscomparisons

    -Coordinates with procurement organization to develop supply chainstrategy which aligns with customer contract and sitegoals

    -Identifies risk of inventory exposure, coordinates reserve withsitecontroller

    -Manages inventory days ofsales

    -Establish standard cost for parts based on customer s influence,material, labor standard changes or inventorydays

    -Ensures Positive Price Variances alignment to site goals at thepoint ofsale

    -Reviews Supply Chain data related to component lead-time, MOQ, andimpacts to total inventoryexposure

    -Responsible to determine if customer will be responsible fornegative PPV and or associated procurement costs and if so, collectmoney fromcustomer

    -Develops an understanding of DFx philosophy including Design formanufacturing, Design for Test, and Design for BOM or Cost andpromotes with the customerand

    coordinateswith the appropriate Benchmarkfunction.

    -Accountable for and ensures receipt and distribution of customerdocumentationpackages.

    -Coordinates collection and distribution of customer qualitydata.

    -Ensures ECO process and impacts are captured and reported tocustomer.

    -Monitors customer DPPM, DPU or DPMO with customer focus team toensure quality measurements are within contract and customerrequiredlimits

    -Monitors customer escapes events and lead customer focus team toroot cause and corrective action driving closer ofissues

    -Monitors customer COPQ and works with CFT toreduce

    -Participates in MRB activities to drive rapid resolution ofissues

    -Embraces change and adapts quickly to a new way ofworking.

    -Actively uses analytical skills to solve problems by gatheringdata, analyzing it and drawing concisesolutions.

    -Actively uses, applies and promotes problem solving tools (rootcause, 8D, 5 Whys, 6Ms, etc.) in daily activities to recognize anddefine problems, analyze data, develop andimplement solutions, andevaluateoutcome.

    -Possess sound negotiating ability. Effectively exploresalternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial salesagreements that gain customers acceptanceand
