- Coordinate the implementation and development of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in accordance with IB standards.
- Conduct weekly grade-level team meetings to facilitate collaboration, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with the PYP framework.
- Meet regularly with the Primary Principal to discuss PYP-related matters, share updates, and seek guidance on program enhancements.
- Keep staff informed of IB requirements, updates, and best practices through regular communication channels.
- Deliver professional development sessions to support staff in understanding and implementing the PYP.
