    • Strengthenexisting client relations and deliver together with the customerthe expected first class service on board
    • Expandcustomer portfolio by developing and implementing new marketstrategies Management & Leadership
    • Establish thedepartmental objectives and priorities to align with and supportoverall business objectives
    • Regularly evaluate thedepartmental objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and alignas appropriate Development
    • Responsible for ongoingpersonal development and growth of expertise within the business
    • Train and develop employees to guarantee successionplanning and manage potential operational exposure OperationalSafety
    • Responsible to ensure that employees at alllevels understand work health and safety requirements andexpectations through provision of relevant Qatar Airways Groupinduction, information, instruction, training and supervision
    • Ensure that all managers and supervisors understand workhealth and safety requirements and expectations to the extent thatthey can pass on relevant information, identify training needs andprovide appropriate supervision in their workplace About You Inorder to be suitable for this role, you would possessBachelor's degree in administration or in a related area. AMaster's degree is highly desirable. Also, you would have10 years or more of work experience in a related area such asCatering, Food & Beverage or other. You would be a naturalleader with excellent communication skills.
    Finally you would havefull understanding of HACCP norms and regulations Note:
