    • Reviews all assigned reportssubmitted from SNV field offices and funded by SNV USA donors;considering accuracy of information, supporting documentation andcompliance of expenses with the budget and donorregulations;
    • Follows up with field office staffon errors or unallowable expenses;
    • Preparesjournal entries for field office expenses into SNV USA'sGeneral Ledger for review by the Finance Officer and approval bythe Controller;
    • Researches and documents donordisputes in a timely manner and provides recommendations for actionor adjustments to the Field FinanceDirector;
    • Notifies the Controller ofsignificant problems such as significant variance with the approvedbudget, cost share issues, or unallowablecosts;
    • Communicates on-going problems andconcerns to the Controller;
    • Prepares billingsto donors based on financial reports submitted from field officesin a timely manner and in accordance with contractualagreements;
    • Follows up with donors on questionsor problems regarding invoices; and
    • Providesguidance to the project accountant asneeded.
