    • Interface and take guidance from RiskManagement Head / Business support team
    • Implements andstewards the Risk Management System, procedures and guidelines forNFXP
    EPC 1 or EPC 2 Onshore Project and ensuresconsistency in the application.

    • Works with Head ofCost Estimating, Cost Leads and Lead Planners to develop a linkbetween
    risks, management of change process, estimatingand schedule control processes.

    • Works with key projectleaders, engineering leads, functional leads, embeddedoperations
    resources, EPC Contractors / sub-contractors /vendor teams and other users or stakeholders
    to train,communicate and coach in appropriate use of risk procedures andtools.

    • Educates risk owners on risk management bestpractices and may be required to work with
    other riskfunctions in the development and implementation of riskcontrols.

    • Identifies key issues, risks and decisionsthat have created changes or risks that may impactthe
    project (negatively or positively).

    • Develops a risk process to enable risk monthly reporting at theappropriate level with accurate
    and reliable informationto support management decision making.

    • Coaches PMTteams on risk management methodology, and to ensure it isimplemented
    consistently.

    • Ensures that risksare being identified, assessed, and confirm that all existing riskshave been
    correctly identified and entered into thedeployed Risk Management System through regular
    meetingsand assement of processes within each EPC ProjectTeam.

    • Conducts periodic risk register reviews, andproposes risks for evaluations to the Project
    LeadershipTeam (PLT)

    • Ensures that response action plans aredeveloped and entered into the deployed Risk
    ManagementSystem.

    • Facilitates, as relevant, risk workshops andensure proper interface with contractors on risk
    relatedissues.

    • Monitors global trends and developments whichmay have material impact on the NFXP
    OnshoreProject.

    • Keep up to date with risk management trendsand techniques.
    Qualifications Bachelor degree inBusiness related subject or equivalent exeprience. Qualification /certification in Risk Management (eg. Institute of RiskManagement)
