    Job DescriptionTo assist the Front Officeteam with all reception related tasks while focusing onpersonalized service to the guests. Playing a key role in VIPprocedures.

    Making sure all guests are satisfied with their staythrough follow ups and providing the highest level of service whileadhering to all MGallery standards.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To be present in the reception or lobby during check-in andcheck-out time or any event and to socialize with guests.
    • To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that theyenjoy their stay being offered the finest personalservice.
    • To ensure that the privacy of the guests and theconfidentiality of the information is respected.
    • To gothrough all guest arrivals on a daily basis and make sure that allVIPs are properly flagged with the right category and that theirpreferences are updated.
    • To prepare an amenities sheetdaily and coordinate with F&B to make sure all amenitiesare sent on time and to the right place.
    • Coordinate withFOM on all special VIP cards and ensuring they are placed in theroom along with amenities before arrival.
    • To manage anyguest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it andmaking sure the guest is satisfied, and recording it.
    • Tocall the AFOM or FOM for advice in serious cases or if an approvalis required.
    • To be fully aware of and to report all guestcomments or complaints.
    • Assist in any other duties whenrequired by the Front Office Manager.
    • Build and maintainpositive relationships with all internal customers and guests inorder to anticipate their needs.
    • Handle guest requestseither in person, via phone or by email, always using MGalleryetiquettes and standards. Qualifications
    • Experience as aReceptionist, Front Office Representative or similar rolepreferred.
    • Strong customer service skillsrequired
    • Strong organizational skillsrequired
