    Job PurposeAssist in the implementation andmaintainaining QPM s Safety program on client project site; ensurecompliance, tracking and control of safety procedures andspecifications at project sites and support delivery of safe andworld class project management services to clients by adequatelymonitoring, analyzing and communicating safety standards to QPMproject teams.

    ResponsiblitiesSupport HSE Manager (Client) toevaluate contractors and sub-contractors on their safety system,site emergency response and first aid processes.
    Assist in theestablishment and implementation of safety management plan forproject site.
    Assist in the establishment and implementation ofrobust emergency response management plan for site.
    Assist the HSEManager to ensure ensure timely and accurate incident reporting torelevant authorities.
    Conduct regular inspections to ensure presenceof safety signs and relevant protective clothing and equipment bycontractors.
    Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe plant andmachinery, and safe movement, storage and use of buildingmaterial.
    Ensure provision of adequate control of exposure tohazardous substances.
    Assist the Managers to ensure adequateprovision of emergency procedures and first-aid facilities andsupport from contractors and sub-contractors.
    Support ProjectManager for reviewing Construction Method Statements with SafetyHazard Analysis and Environmental Hazard Risk Analysis.
    Ensureprovision of suitable and current information and supervisionconcerning health and safety policies and practices.
    Conduct regularsurveillance and reporting on health and safety practices andsystems.
    Conduct timely assessment of risks to health and safety,and implement measures to mitigate risks.
