    We are currently looking for a PC Help Desk/Tech Support individual to join the team on a six-month contract basis at the US Court of Appeals in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate needs to successfully pass thorough background checks conducted by the Court.

    This role requires 100% onsite presence at two locations in DC - 717 Madison Place and 1401 H ST NW. You will be working Monday to Friday, putting in 40 hours per week.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • 3-5 years of IT experience
    • Previous experience in PC assembly
    • Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a corporate environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Knowledge of PC Windows OS including versions up to Windows 10
    • Strong desktop support skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
    • Any IT Certification is a bonus

    Responsibilities:

    • Responding to queries via phone, email, in-person, or remote access
    • Providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software delivery, setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
    • Conducting training sessions for computer users
