    We are looking for ahardworking and customer-oriented individual to join a Real EstateCompany as a Sales Manager/Business DevelopmentManager.
    You will be responsible for setting sales targetsand generating sales leads. You will also be responsible fordeveloping full-proof sales strategies for the company. In additionto this, you will also be required to handle customers' queries andconcerns.

    JobResponsibilities

    • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyersin marketing and purchasing property for the right price under thebest terms.
    • Determine clients needs andfinancials abilities to propose solutions that suitthem.
    • Intermediate negotiation processes,consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legalrequirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honestdealing.
    • Perform comparative market analysis toestimate properties value
    • Display and marketreal property to possible buyers.
    • Preparenecessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statementsetc)
    • Manage property auctions orexchanges.
    • Maintain and update listings ofavailable properties.
    • Cooperate withappraisers, escrow companies, lenders and homeinspectors.
    • Develop networks and cooperate withattorneys, mortgage lenders andcontractors.
    • Promote sales throughadvertisements, open houses and listingservices.
    • Remain knowledgeable about realestate markets and best practices.
    • Preparationof Monthly/ Weekly Sales Target / Sales Reports & reviewing thesame.
    • Preparation of MediaPlan
    • Coordination with Creative designer and Adagencies
    • Project LaunchPlans
    • Coordination with Admin Staff / Accountsand Collection departments for daily routineworks
    • Pre and Post salesresponsibilities
    • Call customers/Answer incomingcalls and setup site visits
    • Handle allcommunication with existingcustomers
    • Monitoring of sales and paymentcollections
    • Handling channelpartners

    JobRequirements

    • Graduation/MBA in marketing will bepreferred.
    • Prior experience of working incorporate environment.
    • 3-5 years of experiencein real estate.
    • Excellent communication,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Organizedand Detail-oriented.
    • Fluent in English, Hindiand Marathi/Konkani.
    • Planning and Organizingskills.
    • Team player. Ability to learn andadapt.
