PURPOSEOF THE JOB: TO MANAGE & RUN THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONSEFFICIENTLY &

TOIMPROVE THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL OF THE CUSTOMERS
Major Responsibilities of the Job
Functions as a floor in charge, managing the warehouse
Responsible for daily operational
Daily plan forwarehouse operations for all Inbound & Outbound &other Value added
Human resource planning for thewarehouse
Warehouse manpower planning, and schedulingincluding leave
Manage direct report of all warehouse
Efficient cost management of the
Efficientutilization of warehouse
Achieve higher productivity inwarehouse
Coordinate among, transport, documentations& Sales department, to implement agreed service level andoperational processes with
1 Meet customer KPIs
1 Manage the inventory of the customer efficiently& maintain accuracy in WMS updation as well as in physicalstock
1 Ensure Safety in warehouse
1Continuously work for improvements in warehousing
1Setting bench mark for various warehouse activities, implement andmonitoring
1 Prepare agreed management reports, daily,weekly or as required by the
1 Responsible fordetermining additional resource requirements during peak times andacquiring resources to support the
1 Ensure all billingactivities of the customer are completed within the timelim
Ensure all operational, administrative and customerrelated procedures are adhered at all times 2 Preparations ofstandard operating procedure and adhering to it without
2 Managing relationship with staff, management and customer in amanner that seeks and encourages involvement, recognizing andvaluing
