    • Ensure all the goods movements areentered in the system on daily basis.
    • Verifythe checker signature, receiving stamps and any other relevantinformation are completely performed on all documents before hecapture the stock in the system.
    • Make sure allthe original documents are attached and forward to the concerneddepartment.
    • Data entry clerk has to check allthe entries are matching with the supplier invoice and purchaseorder before they forward to the concernedparty.
    • Data Entry clerk has to maintain a logreport of the goods movements for each department on dailybasis.
    • Ensure our receiving documents arematching with the supplier documents (quantity / valuebasis).
    • Cautious and serious in handlingreceiving documents.
    • Analysing the data forerrors
    • Back office support to the retailbusiness with specifically defined guidelines and policies set bythe Finance department and the Group.
    • Work in afast-pace work environment conditions.
    • Compilereport and coordinate with Finance team along with discrepancyreport.
    • Keeping sensitive customer or companyinformation confidential
    • Placing orders of theitems.
    • Informing other department with updateddata in the system especially newitems.
    • Identifies needs and improvementopportunity on invoice filing system and working environment andprovide suggestion to the line manager to facilitate change atprocess level.
