- Perform technical andaccounting work related to production accounting and lostproduction analysis and contribute towards analytical studies incooperation with multiple assets and departments to supportOperations objectives.
- Role requires working with complex productionaccounting processes in coordination with multiple internal groups,ventures, and third parties.
- Work is highly analyticaland often performed under time pressure to issue daily productionreports that provide accurate accounting of mismeasurements andincidents affecting company production figures. Key JobAccountabilities - I
- Maintain production accountingsystems for all company assets and make necessary modifications togenerate accurate and timely reports.
- Administer theMeridium Lost Production Events module to ensure 100% availabilityof the system; control user access accounts and support processingof operational efficiency reports for concerned assets.
- Maintain detailed database of plant events, issue reports toOperations management, and support Reliability Divisioninvestigations to ensure overall accurate productionreporting.
- Prepare detailed daily reports outliningproduction details and descriptions of plant events includingtrips, slowdowns, equipment failures, and storage and loadingoperations.
- Monitor and track inventory levels of storedproducts and ensure the models and scheduling tools used by thebusiness scheduling department are updated.
- Review the monthly reconciled production and gasmovement data reports provided by Commercial and Shipping(C&S) for data quality confirmation.
- Assist withmetering mismeasurements reports and promptly investigate andcoordinate auditors' queries related to fiscal measurement,operations production reporting, various gas/product movements, andanalysis of plant events for all company operatedfacilities.
- Prepare monthly accounting data reportscovering inter-venture utility transfer and consumption afterreview and approval by supervisors and respective assetmanagers.
- Provide technical explanations and supportingdocumentation to answer queries related to plant upsets,measurements, flaring, equipment breakdowns and review productionreports from ventures to provide feedback to Commercial Planningdepartment.
- Bachelor's degree inEngineering or Science.
- 6years' experience in process operations accounting in theOil or Gas Processing industry
