    1.Duties&Responsibilities:

    a.Establishment anddevelopment of maintenance programmes for the aircraft managed bythe organization required by PartMA.302.

    b.Presentation of maintenanceprogrammes to the competent authority forapproval.

    c.Ensure the approval ofmodifications andrepairs.

    d.Ensuring modifications andrepairs (changes) are carried out to an approvedstandard.

    e.Ensuring all maintenance iscarried out in accordance with the approved maintenance programmeand released in accordance with M.A. sub partH.

    f.Ensuring all applicableairworthiness directives and operational directives with acontinued airworthiness impact areapplied.

    g.Ensuring that the aircraftmaintenance is performed by an appropriately approved maintenanceorganization.

    h.Ensuring all known defectsarerectified.

    i.Coordination of scheduled maintenance, the applicationof airworthiness directives, the replacement of service lifelimited parts and component inspections to ensure work is carriedoutproperly.

    j.Manage and prepare allcontinuing airworthinessrecords.

    k.Non mandatory modificationembodiment policy, whereappropriate.

    l.Reporting any occurrences ofa maintenance nature to the CAA and the aircraft manufacturers.This includes both Mandatory occurrences and occurrences related tomaintenance findings, which fall outside the Mandatoryscheme.

    m.The amendment and control ofthis Continuing Airworthiness ManagementExposition.

    n.Review and implementation,as appropriate, of any additionalrequirements.

    o.Planning ofmaintenance.

    p.Reliability monitoring,engine healthmonitoring.

    q.Workpackissuance

    r.Materialplanning

    s.Sb/adevaluation

    t.Conduct other duties asrequired by the Director Engineering &Maintenance.



    Requirements

    Currently CAMOManagerposition

    RecognizedTechnical Degree or Aircraft Maintenance EngineersLicense

    10 years+ in asupervisoryfunction.

    20 years ofexperience in the aviationindustry.

    knowledge andexperienced on A320 / EmbraerAircraft.
