    • Deal with queries from the publicand customers.
    • Ensure knowledge of staffmovements in and out of organization.
    • Monitorvisitor access and maintain securityawareness.
    • Provide general administrative andclerical support.
    • Prepare correspondence anddocuments.
    • Receive and sort mail anddeliveries.
    • Scheduleappointments.
    • Maintain appointment diary eithermanually or electronically.
    • Organize conferenceand meeting room bookings.
    • Co-ordinate meetingsand organize catering.
    • Monitor and maintainoffice equipment.
    • Control inventory relevant toreception area.
