    Position: Social MediaSpecialist

    Location: FirmaEvents Doha

We are seeking a talented and creativeSocial Media Specialist to join our team and help manage our onlinepresence across various platforms including Instagram Facebook andLinkedIn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionateabout digital marketing and social media to make a significantimpact in a growingorganization.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brandawareness engagement and followers across Instagram Facebook andLinkedIn.

    Create compelling and engaging contenttailored to each platform including posts stories and multimediacontent (images videos infographics).

    Monitorsocial media channels for comments messages and mentions andrespond in a timely and professional manner.

    Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social mediacampaigns aligned with marketing objectives andpromotions.

    Analyze social media metrics andinsights to track performance identify trends and optimizestrategies for maximum impact.

    Stay uptodatewith the latest social media trends tools and best practices andincorporate them into our social mediastrategy.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role witha strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns andcontent.

    Indepth knowledge of social mediaplatforms algorithms and advertising options particularly InstagramFacebook and LinkedIn.

    Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to craft compellingand engaging content.

    Creative mindset with astrong eye for design and aesthetics.

    Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics todrive informed decisions.

    Ability to workindependently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

    Experience with social mediamanagement tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Hootsuite BufferGoogle Analytics) is a plus.

    Knowledge of SEOand content marketing principles isdesirable.
