To ensure the customer is dealt with in apleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in classcustomer service by adhering to agreed AVR standards concerningvehicle check out, delivery, collections, exchanges and transfersprocess What you will do:

Vehicle Deliveries:
Ensure all vehiclesare prepared and delivered on time, maintaining an up-to-datevehicle check log. Ensure each vehicle passes the AVR checklistprior to handover to the client and provide completed and signedpaperwork to CSRs. Cleanliness of vehicles to be maintain to AVRStandards (40 Point Check list)

Vehicle Collections:
Ensure allvehicles are checked and record any damages that do not correspondwith vehicle check report. Notify MC/CSRs on receipt of any damagedvehicles for inspection and further action.


Non customertransactions:
Banking lodgments, collection of payments fromclients and delivery of invoices/agreements/forms to clients.
Ensure these are delivered, signed and dated with backupcopies/receipts provided to finance and concerned team divisions ona timely basis.


Document Accuracy:
Ensure all paperwork isrecorded, dated and completed by client at all times


Petty Cash:
Ensure all cash claims are completed, recording all the necessaryinformation and submitted weekly to finance
