    About therole:

    As a Security Agent CCTV andAccess Control you will be responsible for helping us achieve thisambition through:

    • You will beresponsible for conducting security related duties both within theAirport Security Operations Centre (ASOC) and within the terminalbuilding. You will be responsible for the correct deployment ofcontracted security agents in the filed ensuring the requiredstandards are met and maintained. You will deputize in the absenceof the security supervisor during airport incidents and will alsobe required to be deployed to any workstation within the ASOC orwithin the operation.
    • Report incidents to theSecurity Supervisor
    • Follow up anyinvestigations carried out by agents ensuring there is clarity andcorrect information as directed by Head ofSecurity.
    • Carryout Surveillance duties withinthe ASOC through CCTV in order to achieve identification of anypossible lacks of unlawful interference.
    • Maintain regular contact with MOI immigrationauthoritys contractors and customers of QR and other airlinesthrough regular meetings or as a result of adhoc activities toensure levels of protection and services are maintained at thehighest standards to protect assets equipment andpersonnel.
    • Liaise and coordinate with externalagencies and authorities about matters relating to security andprotection of HIA property through meetings and briefings to ensurethe protection of suchproperty.
    Qualifications

    Aboutyou:

    • Relevant Vocational Tertiary orTrade qualification
    • Minimum 3 years ofjobrelated experience
    • Good command of Englishlanguage
    • Knowledge of reportingprocedures
    • Knowledge of Airport securityprocedures and regulations law enforcement procedures and theirapplications
    • Knowledge of IATA principles andstandards relating to security
    • Knowledge ofcurrent security technology
    • Knowledge of CCTVand its applications andconcepts
