    • To-BeProcess Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define anddesign future-state processes that align with the projectobjectives and organizational goals, ensuring a strategic approachto process redesign.
    • Document and CommunicateProposed Changes: Clearly document and communicate proposedchanges, ensuring that there is a shared understanding amongproject teams regarding the intendedmodifications.
    • Bridge Between BusinessStakeholders and Technical Teams: Act as a liaison betweenstakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effectivecommunication and understanding to bridge the gap between businessneeds & technicalsolutions.
