    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • RequirementGathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and documentbusiness requirements ensuring that all specifications are clearlydefined and understood.
    • Analysis: Conductthorough analysis of business processes systems and data toidentify areas for improvement andoptimization.
    • Documentation: Createcomprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) functionalrequirement documents (FRDs) and other relevant documentation toaccurately capture business needs andobjectives.
    • Communication: Serve as a bridgebetween business stakeholders and technical teams effectivelycommunicating requirements priorities and project updates in bothArabic and English.
    • Solution Design: Workclosely with technical teams to design effective solutions thatmeet business requirements andobjectives.
    • Testing and Validation: Participatein testing activities to ensure that solutions meet qualitystandards and fulfill businessrequirements.
    • Training and Support: Providetraining and support to endusers as needed to facilitate thesuccessful implementation of new systems orprocesses.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Computer Science InformationSystems or a related field.
    • Proven experienceas a Business Analyst preferably in a bilingual (Arabic/English)environment.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English withexcellent written and verbal communication skills in bothlanguages.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to translate business needs into technicalsolutions.
    • Experience with business analysistools and methodologies (e.g. Agile ScrumBPMN).
    • Familiarity with software developmentlifecycle (SDLC) processes andmethodologies.
    • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced collaborative environment with a high degree ofselfmotivation andinitiative.

    PreferredQualifications:

    • Masters degree inBusiness Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Professional certifications in businessanalysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA).
    • Experience inspecific industries such as finance healthcare ortechnology.
